Bizagi Modeler adopts a modern, Office-like appearance, thus getting accustomed to its features shouldn't pose any problems, regardless of the user experience. The rich and variate collection of elements it comes with enables you to create coherent and accessible designs.

A diagram can contain tasks, subprocesses, events and decisions, groups, annotations, and images, along with text boxes and explanations, participants and attachments. All items are linked together by sequence flow or association connectors, in order to define the event order and the message flow.

Correct errors as you go

The resource manager enables you to create a database of business entities (companies, divisions, customers, analysts, sellers etc.) that intervene in the process, while the validation and the simulator allows you to get an overview of the model and correct errors. The application also features advanced formatting and editing tools, as well as spelling checking capabilities.

The output can be easily shared with the other members of your team, exported to Word, PDF, Visio, printed as an image or published to the Web. You can collaborate with others during process definition or work offline and sync the projects afterward. • Workgroup plan capabilities and team collaboration has been enhanced. Now Workgroup users can enjoy the following features which up to now were only available to Enterprise users:
• Advanced search: Now Workgroup users can find processes that have been shared to them by taping values on the search field of the web application. The application drills down the search on process names, elements and documentation properties to find processes easier.
• Revision History: Now, Workgroup users can keep track of the changes made to each process by creating (like snapshots) or restoring revisions. However, publishing revisions is only allowed to Enterprise users.
