Just change the name of TS4.par file, as well, to the same name you changed TS4 to (ignoring, of course, the.par part). Finally, it recognizes it's there only to produce the final error: 'Origin is not installed.' I had hoped that changing the name of Origin, as before, would solve this problem but it does not. Then i rename ts4.par to The.Sims.4.Launcher.par. Open properties for 3DM launcher. After that i saw at there's a option unblock at bottom.under the 'attribute' where u can change between hidden or read only.(though my first time seing it) well just unblock it (assuming if it is there for you guys).
You have a file named TS4.par change it to “LaucherName”.par and it should work. Crush (06 Sep 2014, 14:43) to fix the blur thing, what worked for me, is going to the bin/game (something like that) folder, finding a file named TS4.par and renaming it to The.Sims.4.Launcher.par. Drag TS4.exe from your desktop back into that Bin folder that you took it out of.-Check Origin again. It should be fixed! For the downloaded version, you follow the same steps except that you will find the TS4.exe that you need to temporarily move to the desktop under Origin, then Games.

1. Version required: 3DMGAME-The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe Edition on This Site
2. Disable your antivirus or it will delete/ block the 3dmgame.dll file
3. Extract this update and install Origin_Setup.exe
4. Go to vcredist 2013 folder and install both exe's (x64 & x86, x64 won't install on 32-bit systems)

5. Now copy the folders and files from this folder (_installer, data, game etc) to the main game folder and overwrite the files ( 3DMGAME-The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe Edition-3DM)
6. Go to Register language, ONLY APPLY 1 folder and apply your desired .reg language, apply 1 only not all of them
7. Go to GameBin and right click on the TS4.exe file and go to compability tab and set compability mode to 'Windows XP SP3', and check the run as Administrator box, and apply
8. In the same folder check if there is no there .par file then TS4.par, or else delete the other one
10. Add the folder to your antivirus exceptions

11. Open Origin and login to your (fake) account, and PUT IT IN OFFLINE MODE
